Miss International UK has been run by director Holly Pirrie for 13 years! Every year, one winner is crowned and wins the title, along with an incredible prize package, including two international trips!
The winner heads to India for a humanitarian trip with A-Sisterhood and to Tokyo, Japan, for the Miss International Beauty Pageant! In Japan, women from all over the world come together to immerse themselves in Japanese culture and compete for the Miss International crown. Last year, our 2025/26 Queen, Sophie, was awarded the incredible honour of becoming Miss International Europe!
Miss International UK is one of the most prestigious pageants in the UK, and this year’s competition was one of the best we have ever seen! Each and every one of our finalists brought something unique to the competition, and we loved getting to know these incredible girls.
During rehearsals, the finalists were taken out of rehearsals for their private interview with the judges. It is so important that our winner can communicate well with others and talk about their platform and values. This is a huge part of the competition in Japan, so the interview is key to finding the right fit for the title.
On stage, our girls kicked off the evening with the opening number – wow! They looked incredible and got the audience excited for the night ahead. After taking part in the Swimwear and Eveningwear rounds, the judges’ scores were added up, and we had whittled this incredible group down to a Top 20.
This year, we introduced the Additional Awards as a recognition opportunity to celebrate the talent, advocacy, and authenticity of our Class of 2026. The finalists for each award were announced ahead of the Grand Finals, and the winner of each new award advanced to the Top 20 on the night of the Miss International UK Grand Finals. Contestants were able to enter as many or as few categories as they wished, making them a great opportunity to showcase themselves.
In true Miss International style, we had our Top 5 answer an on-stage question. So nerve-wracking, but they smashed it and showed exactly why they deserved to be in the Top 5!
